A concrete slab in Billings, Laurel, Lockwood and across the Yellowstone Valley is the floor everything else sits on: the garage, the shop, the pole barn, the pad the camper parks on all winter. We form and pour new slabs and pads for homes and businesses across the valley, sized for the space and thickened for whatever will actually sit or roll on them.
This is new-pour work. When an existing pad is cracked through or has settled out of level, the fix is removal and replacement, because we do not jack or level concrete. Slab work also travels well with the rest of the flatwork, so one visit can cover a driveway and the walks and steps around it.

A garage or shop floor takes point loads a patio never will: jack stands, a floor jack, a loaded trailer tongue, a rolling toolbox parked in one spot for years. Thickness and base carry all of that, so those slabs get poured heavier than exterior flatwork, with the edges thickened where walls and door tracks bear on them.
Finish matters more indoors. A shop floor gets a smoother, harder surface so casters roll and a broom actually cleans it, while an exterior pad gets a broom finish for grip in snow. We pitch a garage slab toward the door so meltwater running off a truck leaves the building instead of pooling at the back wall.
An RV parked on gravel sinks its jacks, and the tongue jack finds the soft spot every single time. A concrete pad ends that argument. We size the pad to the rig with room to walk around it. The pour gets the thickness the axle weight calls for, and a grade that sheds water instead of holding it under the tires.
Shed and outbuilding pads are smaller jobs with the same rules. Compacted base first, a square and level pad, and edges that hold up when a mower or a loaded wheelbarrow rolls off them. Extra parking pads beside an existing driveway are common work too, formed to tie into what is already there.
Freeze-thaw is the local test, and it is a hard one. Water gets into a slab or under it, freezes, expands, and pries the concrete apart from the inside. Exterior pours get air-entrained mix so freezing water has room to move, a compacted base that drains, and control joints placed where the slab wants to crack anyway.
The base is where a pad is really won or lost. Soft ground under one corner puts the whole slab in tension, and that is where the crack shows up two winters later. We grade and compact before the forms go up, then give the pour a real cure. Where a pad is already past that point, the answer is tear out and repour, starting with a free look at what you have.

We come see the actual job — the slab, the driveway, the lot, and the ground under it. What failed, why it failed, and what the fix really is. No blind quotes over the phone.
You get a free written quote with a real number and a real timeline. It says what's included — tear-out, haul-off, prep, materials — and it holds unless the scope changes.
The crew shows up when we said and does the job the way we quoted it — tear-out, base, forms, pour, pave, seal or stripe. Anything unexpected, you hear about it immediately, not on the invoice.
We walk the finished work together before we call it done. Clean lines, clean site, old material hauled off, and clear guidance on cure times and care. Done means you say it's done.
